This module will walk you through the required setup for your Hubspot account, including personalizing your profile, email signature and preferences. Click the blue circle icons to interact with this course.
Accessing Settings Options
Click the to open Settings
Locate and click the gear icon to open your settings options.
Profile
Complete Profile
Under the General section & Profile tab, complete the following tasks: - Add profile photo (optional) - Verify that First & Last name fields are complete. If incomplete, add information as necessary. - Set Default Landing Page to Tickets Click the blue arrows for more details. Once complete, click to continue.
Email
Complete Profile
Under the General section & Email tab, complete the following tasks: - Edit & build email signature - Uncheck the Include unsubscribe link check box Click the blue arrows for more details. Once complete, click to continue.

Default Landing Page
If not already, set your default landing page to tickets. This will enable HubSpot to open directly to the ticket pipeline when opening the application.
Remove Unsubscribe Link
If not already, uncheck the box next to Include unsubscribe link.
First & Last Name
Verify that your first and last name fields are completed correctly. After making any changes, be sure to click Save.
Edit Email Signature
Add email signature information to the box. Click on the image shortcut to add eXp's logo.
Remove Unsubsribe Link
If not already, uncheck the box next to Include unsubscribe link.
Add a Profile Picture
Click the pencil icon to upload your profile photo and crop/resize as necessary. Click Save to return to settings menu.
