Travel Management Tool (TMT)

Travel Management Tool is a web-based application used for BT (business trips) regarding the costs. This application is used only in Romania. New users must be registered in the application by their Team Leader or Team Assistant.

eLearning

eLearning is a web-based platform for different trainings. There are different Compliance eLearning courses available: Corruption Prevention, Antitrust, Antitrust Refresher and others. All courses are separate trainings apart from C.OnBoard or other eLearning initiatives within the Company. In order to have access to those trainings' users must receive invitations via e-mail.

  • If a user received an invitation and though, can’t login, he/she can try to reset the password. If the mail with password reset wasn’t received, a ticket must be forwarded to the support group.

Start Panel

Start Panel is the graphical user interface which is used to start different programs such as Creo, CAD Workbench and other CAD programs used in Conti. Start Panel can be requested from SSP7. Start Panel is Design a robust, simple, flexible and smart platform to handle the execution and configuration of Mechanical Design Applications based on the environment and the client configuration. The IT Service Desk opens & classifies tickets in HPSM, basic troubleshooting of Start Panel, remote help on user´s screen, user support in system handling. The StartPanel category in HPSM for internal Designers or end users

eSign

eSign is a web-based application for electronic signature - save time and money. Submit a file to a list of signers to approve, eSign sends email notifications to the signers and/or initiator whenever necessary. eSign is accessible to every user from Continental if they have a Windows account and mail address. What is an S-list An S-list (Signature List) is a record in eSign, identified by a unique ID, composed of an attached file, an unlimited number of Signers and Viewers.

IMS / MKS

IMS / MKS is a tool used in Continental by multiple departments for software development processes, engineering change management, codes, tests. When a new project is created, it is saved on the local desktop/laptop and called “sandbox”.

Creo

Creo runs on Microsoft Windows and provides applications for 3D CAD parametric feature solid modelling, 3D direct modeling, schematic designs, technical illustrations. In Continental, the most used is Creo Parametric.

B2B Portals

Users in Conti are accessing different portals called B2B for different customers like Volkswagen, Daimler, Renault, Nissan, BMW and others. To have access to the B2B Portal a request must be made in SSP7. After the account is created, they login with the User ID and temporary password received from mail. The portals can be accessed with IE browser (recommended) or Google Chrome. The BMW portal is recommended to use Chrome. If they can’t remember the password anymore and want to reset it, inform the user that a mail must be sent to : 07WWb2bportals@continental-corporation.com

MySuccess

MySuccess is a Conti platform where the Internal User´s profile is displayed (personal data, department, address), he can see his payment slip and others. The Team Leader and HR and the only one who can access his profile as well. External users can’t access MySuccess. If a user is new employee and can’t access MySuccess, first check in IAM Support Helper Tool if the is account is matched and PSQ are set. If it’s matched the HR Record is created and GID is assigned on the account.
