Accessing Settings Options
Click the to open Settings
Locate and click the gear icon to open your settings options.
Email Notifications
Disable Email Notifications
Under the Notifications section & Email & Desktop tab, complete the following tasks: - Toggle the Email on/off switch to OFF. Click the blue arrows for more details. Once complete, click to continue.
Desktop Notifications
Enable Desktop Notifications
Under the Notifications section & Email & Desktop tab, complete the following tasks: - Turn bell, pop-up & browser notifications to ON. - Select an optional sound to accompany pop up notifications. Click the blue arrows for more details. Additional customization is required under the What you get notified about section. Click to continue.
Notification Topics
Edit notification topics
While still under the Notifications section & Email & Desktop tab, scroll down to the What you get notified about section. Expand the following notification topics and check the boxes for each type of notification:- Contacts and Companies - Custom Objects - Dashboards - Tasks - Tickets Click the blue arrows for more details. Click to continue.
