I want to start going to the gym during my free time because I could gain more muscles and more uper and lower body dstrenght for dance
I want to start eating apples once a day because they increase your bone strengh and a lot more and they are healthy for you
I want to start not straighting my hair as much because if you strighten your hair a lot it could get heat damage and I would like to keep my hair healthy
This is my block and I would want to start streching for 10-15 minutes a day to get more flexable for dance for my last year
I want to start reading because it would help me prepare for collage because I feel like you read alot and starting to read now it would help me
