MMA é a sigla para Mixed Martial Arts, ou em português, “Artes Marciais Mistas”. MMA são artes marciais que incluem golpes de luta em pé e técnicas de luta no chão.
ARTES MARCIAIS MISTA
O MMA é uma modalidade de luta em que os praticamente não precisam seguir necessariamente um estilo específico de luta, por isso o nome de Artes Marciais Mistass.
Esse esporte, possibilita ao praticante utilizar qualquer golpe, de qualquer arte marcial, como boxe, jiu-jítsu, caratê, judô, muay thai, entre outras.
