Now that we have a new Workflow ready to build, let's start by adding a stage with screening questions.
Click Add Stage.
Since we're starting from scratch, click Create New Stage.
The stage type is already set as Data Collection which allows us to add questions for the applicants, so all we need to do is add a title.
Click Add Stage.
Now we can build out our screening questions. Click Edit questions to get started.
Click Enter a question title.
If you have a new question, start typing it in, otherwise, select from a list of Standard Questions to speed up the process.
Click Save to create the first version of these screening questions.
That's it! Our screening questions are ready for applicants to start filling out. Next up, we'll add some automation to start selecting the best candidates for the job.
