INTRODUCTION
This course will be mainly based on hands-on activities, forums discussions, and presentations of different topics. The instructor will be in charge of providing you with accessible exemplification and summaries to facilitate your understanding of the material covered in class. Controlled reading and hands-on activities will be the core of teaching; here you will be expected to put into practice ELT methods /approaches, principles, techniques, and asynchronous activities to grasp the world of English teaching. You will use the information you learn to demonstrate you master the content in the projects you will work on. principles.

This course prepares you in the vast field of ELT teaching and learning through the use of fundamental theoretical bases and practical skills to function as effective EFL/ ESL teachers. During this course you will embark on a journey to become effective, reflective, and competitive ELT practitioners. In addition, this course presents an overview of learning theories, current methods, and approaches, and how to teach English language teaching.

- PROJECT 2 -CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT OBSERVATION (15%)
- PROJECT 3 - DESIGNING AN ACTIVITY AND DIDACTIC MATERIAL FOR CHILDREN. (10%)
- FINAL EXAM - DESIGNING A CLASS FOR TEENAGERS AND ADULTS. (20%)
