You should improve on making things more simple to understand since it is a training of 5 days with a lot of terminology and information.
It would be great if we have the chance to see more real cases to have a better idea of the type of cases we can face.

HIGHLIGHTS
Goal for Phase 2
Run 2 training waves per week
Increase number of candidates invited to training
Phase 2 number of invited candidates to training dropped by 23.86% from the first four week of NHT revamp. Reduction of sourced candidates has also been observed since the 'SparkHire' program was implemented.
Strategic method to reach 80 minimum candidates invited to training has to be constantly met for 4 weeks consecutively before this step be taken.

Continue recording Zoom Debrief sessions in NHT
To monitor the consistency of reduction of failed/dropped candidates during training for another 4 weeks.
Reach out to Talent Acquisition Team to check other strategies to increase the number of invited candidates to training.
To support and help identify reason for trainees dropping out of NHT.
