This model allows the district to accurately assess their current strengths and shortcomings so they may actively build a plan for future development. This model addresses the needs of the entire community creating the consistency needed for achievement, safety and success.

Each componet is organized to allow staff to self reflect in areas that are identified for development, create professional learning gols, district and school professional PD support.

To provide training opportunities for staff throughout the year with an emphasis on Crisis Prevention Intervention and Verbal De-escalation techniques; engage in self-reflection activities after a crisis.

To update the behavior modification system using positive behavior interventions and supports by incorporating individualized behavior intervention plans as needed; accountability of implementation of the behavior modification needs to occur for consistency and follow through.

ONEder bridges this gap by incorporating current research to promote best outcomes for educators and students in the design and implementation of our tools and resources. We are committed to developing our products in alliance with the current evidence base.

To improve lesson planning and teaching procedures to include a variety of modalities of learning that will be embedded into lessons and will include the increased use of a variety technology methods.

Students age 18-21 need a program to prepare them for transition into the workplace, if able.

SCPI training will continue to be provided afterschool to new and returning faculty and staff on an annual basis. .
