Quick access
Add all your most used comands to the quick access bar! Right click the ribbon at the top and select add quick access or show quick access toolbar
It will appear at the top of the screen next to the auto save button. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of it, and select show below the ribbon
Now it will show names and buttons below the ribbon. You can put whatever buttons you use most, like the fill tool, undo, insert images, the possibilities are endless!
fORMATTING
Want a preview of a slide on another page, that updates as you update it? Simply drag from the preview pane. Try it below!
Great! You can now set up the slide as you wish, and any updates will be translated onto the preview.
Got icons that need to be arranged? Select them all, then in the picture format tab select the alignment button. Try it below:

Got a table that isnt quite fitting? Or an object that doesnt fit right? There is a wealth of options you can do by selecting the table or image, right clicking, and accessing the format object menu.
Select text options on the right, and you can remove margins, make it automatically reduce the text size to fit, and all kinds of other things. Experiment yourself and see what you can come up with!

Need to alter a powerpoint in flight? Whilst in presenter mode with 2 screens, you can select the three white dots
Slide Master
Slide master allows you to alter the template you're using en masse. Note this will only affect the default text, it wont change edited slides. Good for removing a lot of filler text. Slide master is found in the view section, try it!

Select the slide base you'd like to edit, and change it however you wish. In the example above I've changed botht the text. Click close slide master to complete the change.

And with that, the slide has changed. Note the already edited text did not change, only the default text did.

The alignment menu
- Each of the itms in the menu allow you to align the text in a different way
- Use distribute horizontally or distribute vertically to evenly space the icons as needed
- Multiple can be applied at the same time, so experiment! No longer will you waste time individually dragging items.
- Select align to slide at the bottom to do the changes relative to the slide, as opposed to the objects themselves
