Clicking on groups opens a window that will show your top listed groups. You can click on these to go to the group or click on "My Groups" to see a list of every group you belong to. Groups are commonly used to share resources. You will probably be in a group for your content area.
Clicking on Resources will take you to your personal resources. You can save any material you create or need to your personal resources. You can also go to group resources from here by clicking Group on the left side. Group resources is where resources can be shared among staff members.
Clicking on the four boxes next to the search button takes you to the App Center. Here you can see what apps are available to you, navigate to them, or click on the App Center button to get to all apps.
Clicking on Courses takes you to your top courses. These will be courses where you are an admin (teacher) or student. From here you can click on any of these courses to go directly to it. You can also click "My Courses" in the top right corner to get a full list of your courses.
Clicking on the envelope will take you to Schoology messages. From here you can click on a message to open it or View All to see every message. You can also send a message from here by clicking on New Message in the top right corner.
Clicking on the bell takes you to your notifications and requests. Here you will see any updates made to courses where you are a student and any alerts about work students have completed in courses where you are a teacher.
