Amendments to the IMMEX and PROSEC Decree
The Ministry of Economy published modifications in the Official Gazette of the Federation to update and provide legal certainty to users of foreign trade.
Addition of Tariff Fraction: Section 7613.00.99 is added to article 5, section XIX of the PROSEC Decree.
Substitution of Tariff Fraction: Fraction 7613.00.01 is replaced by fraction 7613.00.99 in Annex II of the IMMEX Decree.
Elimination of Tariff Fraction: Aluminum containers for compressed or liquefied gas, classified as 7613.00.01 in Annex II of the IMMEX Decree.
Importance of Changes - Provide legal certainty to foreign trade users. - Update the tariff classification according to recent changes in the law. - Promote compliance and facilitate the use of the IMMEX and PROSEC programs.
