Comme vous venez de le voir, les expressions sont des ordres donnés par votre professeur. En anglais pour donner un ordre on utilise la Base Verbale (BV). C'est la forme du verbe sans aucune conjugaison et telle qu'elle apparait dans le dictionnaire. ex: "take your copybook, be quiet" etc.

Comme vous venez de le voir, les expressions sont des ordres négatifs donnés par votre professeur. En anglais pour donner un ordre négatif on utilise DON'T + la Base Verbale (BV). DON'T est la contraction de DO NOT. L'auxiliaire DO est l'auxiliaire des questions et des négations. ex: "DON'T take your copybook, DON'T be quiet" etc.

Comment demanderais-tu à un ami : - est ce que je peux avoir ta colle?- est ce que je peux prendre un crayon?est ce que je peux ouvrir la fenêtre?

As-tu remarqué que pour demander la permission, tu utilisais le même mot pour commencer tes questions ? CAN est un modal qui permet de demander la permission de faire quelque chose!
