2. Launch moderation card - Malt + (1/3)

Several situations lead to the creation of this card : denied expressions (like in Moderation), competitors identified (ESN tag), but in 95% of cases, it comes from Locked clients rule. By default, a new client is automatically locked, so the first Malt + always generates a launch card. Then, inside sales reps examine the opportunity to understand what initiated the creation of this card. Goal: guarantee a serious and optimal brief to allow the freelancers to project themselves (or not) and to optimise the Malt + to get positive feedback from the freelancers. This is a virtuous circle.

2. Launch moderation card - Malt + (2/3)

Then, the agent will have to take an action:- Validating and unlocking the account - Validating and locking the account to keep an eye on the future projects of the client (if the agent has any suspicion). - Blocking the opportunity (fraud, spam, ESN) If they have any suspicion, Inside sales reps can decide to keep this client locked after validating his / her first Malt +. In this case, a new card will only be generated if another rule is activated. Leaving a comment at the end of the processing of the request is optional but it is recommended to have a written record to guarantee a good follow-up of the action.

Once the application meets all the requirements, the team will approve it for launch and the freelancers will receive it.Here, the Inside sales rep has to become the Sourcing manager of the opportunity and launch the sourcing automatically or manually.

To go further in the optimisation of the Malt + algorithm: inside sales reps can choose and configurate the number of freelancers contacted (on Shake) to avoid the over-solicitation of freelancers.

In Self-service, the client does not belong to an inside sales rep but to the team. Each of them can see and process the requests of clients of his / her team. Unlike the sales managers responsible for their portfolio (individual approach), the inside sales reps are responsible and concerned about the good experience of Self-service clients of their assigned country (team spirit - collective approach).
