The digital component on the Clear Touch panel is for info that changes every day. This agenda should feature a Learning Objective, Do Now or Warm Up, Agenda and Homework. Important class materials (notes, presentations, texts) should be attached. The analog component on the whiteboard is for mostly static information. This is located in three boxes at the edge of the classroom whiteboard closest to the door (since the Cleartouch takes up the center of the board in many classrooms). The top box features teacher name and room number, the middle box the course(s) taught, and the lower box the day’s schedule. Each of the four components should be written on the board (or easel, overhead, slide, etc.) as the students come into class, and it should always be in the same place. It is important that each component be composed correctly. It is also important that we each use the same language for each component (please no substitutes!).
