1. Moderation card (Search)

In the case of a Search, the client sends messages directly to one or more freelancers. If the conditions are met to activate a moderation rule, the messages are blocked (but the customer does not know it) and a moderation card is created.It allows us to quickly and easily review the content and decide whether to approve or reject it, to ensure inappropriate or irrelevant content is not published on the platform.

There are 4 main reasons

why a Moderation card is created

Exceeded max number of freelancers contacted

ESN Tags (Consulting firms ...)

3rd lead without conversion

Bad words and denied expressions

Clients cannot contact additional freelancers if they have autonomously contacted + 10 freelancers for the same mission.

Avoid subcontracting by checking that the charter is signed to guarantee legal protection as well as the payment of a compensation

3 projects have been submitted without success. When the 4h project is created, the account is blocked.

Are part of the Black listed words categorised: insults, vulgar words, ESN...

The client will receive an automatic email to indicate the reasons why he/she has not yet contracted a project on Malt.

These words triggered by the rules engine will appear on the Moderated account (Shake), in the ‘ Moderation Reasons ‘ section.

A compensation up to 10 K euros. You can go to the legal team to know the conditions of this compensation. Moreover, depending on the situation, the inside agents can decide to suspend or delete the moderated account.

An automatic message is sent to inform them that they are blocked and a Moderation Card is created. The goal here is to avoid that the clients get overwhelmed and that the freelancers are either over-solicited or disappointed if they are not chosen.
