School Improvement Plan
- Goal #1: By June 2026, learners in grades 4-8 will gain (blue) in the area of ELA, as evidenced by a PVAAS Average Index of +1.2 or higher.
- Goal #2: By June 2026, learners in grades 4-8 will gain (blue) in the area of Mathematics, as evidenced by a PVAAS Average Index of +1.0 or higher.
- Goal # 3: By June 2026, through the increased focus on student self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making competencies, 70% of students in grades K-5 will be classified as on track or working ahead for engagement in course completion via edio dashboard analytics
- Goal #4: By June 2026, CCA's 4-year cohort and 5-year cohort graduation rates will increase to at least 67%.
Graduation rate is everyone's responsibility!

1. Every teacher will have at least four (4) walkthroughs, one per marking period. Every teacher will submit at least three (3) artifacts demonstrating proficiency within each domain 4 component.
Teachers will be evaluated within one of three (3) models during the 23/24 school year. Additional details will be discussed during the September supervision meeting.
