Permanent Transformation
Permantent transformation is going from a current way of thinking and behaving (current state) to a new way of thinking and behaving (desired state). Unless you go through a life-altering experience, it will seldom happen in a single swoop. And any attempt may result in you returning to your "old habits" and ways of being. The Method Used in this class builds on what we call the awareness cycle. A 4 step process that takes you from your current state to the desired state in a permanent transformation.
- Step 1. Create Awareness.
- Step 2. Intentionally do something that will have you experiment the desired state.
- Step 3. Force Break the pattern & status quo and form new habits.
Context Based Learning
This course uses Context Based Learning (Sedas) an effective inmersive, iterative, constructivist approach to learning. Through a carefully designed sequence of interactive and in the field activities you will be able to quickly expand your reality, gain insight and understanding, and deveop new knowledge and skills. This is an iterative and inmersive experience. For some, it may feel challenging at first, however they quickly experience deep learning and incerased skill development.

Intentionally Live the Experience
Go through experiences and guided exercises that lead you to behave, be and experience the desired state. This will create a heightened sense of awareness and familiarity and program the reticular activating system in your subconscious mind.
Clearly understand the new reality
Create a clear and contrasting image of what is possible, the new reality, the behaviors you want to have and what you want to accomplish. Make sure to create a contrast against your current state, reality and behaviors.
A Cyclic Process
This is a continuous cycle of development and evolution. As you complete one cycle, your desired state bcomes your new current state and as soon as you set a new growth target the new growth cycle begins.
Intentionally Break out of Your Patterns
Break out of your old patterns and behaviors and create the new patterns and behaviors you need to permanently live in the desired state. You can do this by forcing your self into a challenge or experience that stimulates you outside of your comfort zone, setting up daily reminders and/or intentionally develop a daily routine.
