What happens to my counterproposal?
Feedback/counterproposal submitted.
Submission sent to the relevant Senior Management Team (SMT) Director.
Submission assessed against guiding principles of proposals (page 7 of consultation paper).
If counterproposal is throught to be viable:
Submission is reviewed by HR and Finance Business Partners to assess financial implications and/or interdependanices.
SMT Director makes a recommendation, factoring in any impacts on the wider organisation and HR and Finance recommendations.
SMT Director takes their recommendation to the wider SMT group to discuss and make a final decision.
Final decisions are shared with staff around 12 September
