Victim vs. player
Victim vs. player mentality
Model Formulas
V = ef
The victim generates his emotionality from external factors (ef) and all the blame for his problems are generated by others or by his environment.
P= ef + if
The player knows that there are external factors, but unlike the victim, he tries to minimize them by taking charge of the factors that he can control, that is, the internal factors (if).
Do you live your life as a player or a victim?
What are you doing, or not doing, that prevents you from realizing your values or expressing your principles more fully? What actions are you taking in contradiction to your commitments?
Who's playing the victim?
How to recognize a player?
For the player, the external event/news is the trigger, but not the determinant of the thought process and emotionality, using their conscience and their free will, the human being can choose how to respond to the external event.
Ask yourself. Where do you live your life from?
There is an environment that you cannot control, but there is a part that is modifiable, so with the correct structure of thought you could modify what you do not like in your life, which at first glance you do not have control of.
