Who is Eligible?

Eligibility and Bonus Plan Components

All Store Operations Managers and Store Mangers in Training of US Pawn are eligible to participate in this Plan. Participants must be in Good Standing when monthly bonus is paid. *Vacancies, or unfilled positions that are in budgeted headcount, will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, and long-term vacancies may result in headcount budget reductions.

Determining and understanding your store's tier is the foundation to your bonus plan. Store Manager's targets and bonus amounts are based on the volume tier of their store.

For FY24, the stores have been ranked by net revenue achieved over the past twelve (12) months, from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023.

Monthly Store Contribution Plan Bonus Targets

Store Operations Managers and Store Managers in Training have an opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based upon achievement of at least 97% of the monthly Store Net Revenue Budget and their respective FY2023 Store Volume Tier. Higher levels of performance above 97% of the overall plan will result in higher payouts. The chart below illustrates the potential bonus that can be earned at various attainment of the monthly Store Net Revenue Budget:
