What has been happening?

New Assistant Director

Joint Handling Code

Feedback Workshop with SLT

From 1st October, Feedback & Resolutions moved to Strategy, Comms & Colloboration, with Claire McCarthy as our new AD.

The LGO & HO are currently in a consultation period re: their new joint code which is due to go live from April. This code will become statutory.

In September, we head a workshop with SLT with Annie Hedges to understand some of the challenges services are facing around complaints & MEs.

The annual complaints report will be presented at OVS on the 9th January in a new format. All stakeholders will have an oppourtunity to comment before it is presented.

Work is currently underway to explore what options we could use as a new Feedback Case Management System.

In October, Jahed held a joint session with the HO looking into the changes Haringey had made since the P49 report received earlier this year.
