Proposed solution:

Not all Onboarding Specialists are the same. They come from very different backgrounds and have different skills and different approaches to face a particular task.

Including the assigned Onboarding Specialist, at least on the final stages of the implementation, will help increase engagement in the process, also with the client, will anticipate questions about the process and avoid delays once the process is implemented, will improve productivity and will help improve accuracy and timely responses to clients, thus increasing customer satisfaction.
