Did you know there are different kinds of greetings around the world?You will read about the most common and known ones.

1. An air kiss on the cheek like in France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panamá, Ukraine, and Canada is the most common greeting. However, it has some variations; in some countries, it might be one, two, or even three kisses on the cheek.
2. The second most frequent greeting is shaking hands, which is common in Middle Eastern countries. Also, it depends on each country because it might be from slightly to firmly provided according to the situation.
3. The third one is bowing like in Cambodia, India, Nepal, Laos, Thailand, and Japan. There are different ways to bow like bending your head slightly forward and placing your hands at your sides, on your thighs or pressing your palms together in an upward-pointing prayer position.
