Short description

The project is about changing knowledge in raising the quality of life and the awareness about a healthy lifestyle as a good routine in life especially for the young people. In modern nutrition there are a lot of traps and we tend not to pay attention to food and diseases until it is too late. The project is definetly a very wise choice in the life of teenagers. The subject is current and we try to guide students and make them aware of better alternatives regarding their diet and health. Students exchange information about food in their country, they work as multinational teams on healthy food. They discover the different categories of food and why each category is important and have to create healthy plates and menus. They also work on diseases related to unhealthy diet. With this project we try our best to create a real connection and friendship among the partner pupils.
