We're just finishing up a Conversation with a Customer. Click Send to send the last message.
Now that we've finished up with the Customer, let's summarize the Conversation we had to be available for others. Click the Plus Menu.
Click Summarize Conversation to create an AI generated summary.
Great! A summary of the Conversation has been added to the Timeline. It includes the Reason for the Customer contact as well as key points from the Conversation.
Let's see another example where we'll use a Note to generate a summary.
Next Example
We're finishing up another Conversation with a Customer. Click Send to wrap things up with the Customer.
Click the Gladly Plus menu.
This time, we want to add some context to the summary. Click Note.
Within the Note editor, click the Summarize Conversation icon.
Great, we now have a summary of our Conversation, except this time we can edit it. Let's add some extra context for other Agents.
Let's tag another Agent to notify them of the summary and provide them some extra information.
Now we have a summary of the Conversation and we were able to add context for others. Click Add Note to add the Note with the summary.
The Note with the summary has been succesfully added to the Conversation Timeline.
