You have been invited to a Tixeo meeting, but you have not received an invitation email

The organiser has not yet planned the meeting.Be patient! As soon as he has done so, you will automatically receive an invitation by email. All you have to do is let yourself be guided.

We strongly advise you not to sign up for a free trial beforehand, but to follow the instructions in the invitation e-mail you receive.

The invitation email may have been considered spam. Check the "Spam" folder in your email.

Join a meeting with the Tixeo application

You have been invited to a meeting with a high security level,so installing the Tixeo application is mandatory.

On the web page that just appeared,click on Open Tixeo.

and join a meeting set up with a high level of security.

After clicking on the invitation email:

• Download the application by clicking on the version that corresponds to your operating system.
• Once the download is complete, click on the file to start the installation process.
• Launch the application.

Fill in:

• Your email address.
• Your password.
• Then click on Login.

If you have been invited to a Tixeo meeting, a personal account is automatically assigned to you.To join the meeting, you have to confirm the creation of this account from the Tixeo application

After launching the application, the login page is displayed.

• Click on the link named :Need an account? Create one.

• Confirm or fill in your personal information.
• Set a password.
• Then click on the Create my account button.

Set up your equipment

You are now logged in. Before you enter the meeting, you will see a preview of your video window.

• You can then set up your equipment (camera, microphone and speaker).
• Then click on Join the meeting.

When the meeting starts at the scheduled time, a notification window appears at the bottom right of your screen and a ringtone sounds..Click on the Join button to connect to the meeting.

While logged into the application, you can also find the list of all your meetings from:

• The home page
• The general menu accessible via the "Burger" button (meetings tab).

After selecting the Web Browser option, the meeting identification page is displayed

The Meeting ID and Meeting PIN are normally pre-filled, so you don't need to do anything.

• Then click on Join Meeting.

Do you have a Tixeo user account? You have the possibility to identify yourself by pressing the Back arrow to access the appplication's login interface.

You have received the invitation email and are already logged into your user account from the application?Despite this, you have no information about the meeting to which you have been invited... → You are probably not connected to the right videoconferencing server on which the meeting is being held.

This is sometimes the case if you have installed a trial version before receiving the invitation email.

How do I connect to the right meeting server?

How do I log out of my Tixeo user account?

To log out of your user account, click on the logout icon at the bottom left of the main menu (left-hand burger menu).

How can I find out the address of a meeting server?

There are 3 ways to find the address of a meeting server:

• Copy the invitation URL (in the invitation email, click on the Join meeting button: the URL will then appear in your browser's address bar)
• Ask the person who invited you
• Contact Tixeo support
