  1. Set the Stage with Enthusiasm!
    1. As a friendly and knowledgeable advisor, exude enthusiasm as you warmly greet the customer and introduce yourself as their trusted Vetsource guide. By doing so, they will feel empowered and reassured, knowing they have your expert assistance.
  1. Engage the customer by expressing excitement about exploring the website together.
    1. Lead the Way to Vetsource.com:
    2. Advise the customer to open their web browser (Google Chrome Preferred) and type in "www.vetsource.com" in the address bar.
  2. Select the "Pet Owner" Option:
    1. Once the customer is on the Vetsource homepage, direct their attention to the top page menu.
  1. Discover "Find Your Vet" Feature:
    1. Guide the customer's focus to the next step!..."Keep your eyes peeled for the 'Find Your Vet' option at the top of the page."

Step 2: Find Your Vet

Discovering Your Practice's Online Store Now that you've arrived at the "Find Your Vet" page, please prompt the customer to enter your veterinary practice's ZIP code or City and State in the search bar, and tell them "let's find your very own online store!" If their practice doesn't appear in the search results, it's time to seize the opportunity! Inquire with enthusiasm, "Is your practice missing from the list? Let's talk about adding Vetsource Home Delivery to their list of fantastic services!"

With this engaging approach, you'll lead the customer to their practice's online store while igniting curiosity about expanding the benefits of Vetsource Home Delivery to more pet owners. Happy navigating!

Step 3: Shop Online!

Search Result Page: Once the customer has entered their zip code or city and clicked on the search button, they'll see a list of veterinary practices. If their clinic is not listed, it means the practice is not partnered with Vetsource. In this case, kindly guide the customer to fill out the 'Invite Your Vet' request to bring Vetsource to their clinic. Locating Their Clinic: When the customer finds their pet's veterinarian's office in the search results, great! They can now click on 'Shop Online' next to the clinic/practice name to access their online store and start ordering pet nutrition and prescription medications.

Step 4: Sign In

Assisting Customers with Logging In On the Clinic's Website: Once the customer clicks "Shop Online," they'll land on the clinic's online store webpage. Ask them to locate the "Account" icon, typically in the top right-hand corner. Signing In: Encourage the customer to hover over the "Account" icon and click the purple "Sign In" button. This will lead them to their personal account, where they can manage their pet's needs. Forgot Password? No Worries! If the customer forgot their password, they can easily reset it from the sign-in page. Just remind them that we're here to assist with password resets too, so they're never stuck! Confirm Account Comfort: Always ensure the customer is comfortable with their online account and has no further questions before ending the call. We want them to feel empowered and confident!
