Each light has a purpose and should be easily identifiable.
What lights are not on?
03
Any light that is not on will give information regarding where the source of the problem is.
The left most light
04
The left light indicates wired internet connectivity and if it is not on, check for power and whether the ethernet cord is connected appropriately or not. Try to restart the device and check to see if connectivity has been restored.
lights 1 & 2
Light 1 refers to the GE Machine, and the light 2 refers to the Phillips monitor. If only one of these lights out of the three are off, check the physical cords to see if they have become unattached. If no physical disconnection can be found, try restarting the data capture by turning it off and on again, wait 2 minutes and see if connection has been restored. If not, this could indicate an Epic issue, that IT will need to fix.
