Use NWEA Map at BOY, MOY, and EOY to monitor the health of Core and to screen for students who may be at risk. This is the problem identification step of the problem solving model.
The Supplemental Problem Solving Team evaluates student performance based on FastBridge data to determine if interventions should be adjusted, continued, or ended.
Develop and implement the intervention plan, based on the GCS STP and specified resources (e.g., Zearn, FCRR, Fluency Protocol, etc.).
