Discuss where each element of the Cornell Way or STAR corresponds to the steps of the 5 phases of Note Taking. Write it in the middle column.
Write down “What do you want to know about how to more effectively take, process, and utilize notes.
Do this in the W section of your KWL chart.
Using your KWL chart, find five other people.
Share what you wrote and add to your K of your KWL chart what they wrote if different from you.

Look at what you wrote in your K column in your KWL chart. Record how what you wrote correlates to the 5 steps. Write this in the last column.
