A solicitor is calling in..
The caller was bitten by a K9.
If the caller is providing contact information send it as ALL OTHERS if the caller does not provide contact information send it as SOLICITOR.
We will take the Dog Bite path, and if that path is not available we will take the All Others PI - Dogbite/Police Brutality.
If the caller bought a car under someone else's name and is unable to change the name on the title. What path should be taken?
Property damage or not?

Where are we located?
Property Damage Can be used on Rented or Owned property.
We are located at the Main Office, but on a different department.
Call disconnected mid intake
Caller hung up..
If we already have name, phone number, and case type, complete the rest as unsure and send the intake.
If there was an interaction we need to attempt a call back twice, if no information was provided send it as WCB.
Ghost Call Procedure
How to determine and Existing Client.
Repeat the answering script two times to reach the 15–20 seconds we need.. "If you can hear me, I can't hear you. Please call us back in order to assist you. Thank you!" 3. Release the call and document in Startel as No Response.
