English Class Rules

1. I respect my classmates: I do not chat when they participate, I do not make fun of them, and I raise my hand to talk. 2. I must do my homework and be organized in my work. 3. I must only talk in English; no French is permitted in class. 4. I respect the teacher: I do not talk when she speaks, I listen and say “hello” and “goodbye” when I enter and leave the room. 5. I respect the classroom: I do not write on the tables, on the walls, the chairs, etc. I open the windows and the shutters gently. 6. I am allowed to not understand and make mistakes: I ask the teacher or my friends for help. 7. I am not allowed to use my phone without asking for authorization. If I do not respect « The English class rules » : --> I am allowed three warnings. --> My parents are made aware of my behavior. --> I get an hour (or more) of detention. --> A parent/teacher meeting is organized. --> Extreme cases  Suspension and extra work
