Strength

Health is not only the absence of a disease in our body, according to WHO, is the complete mental, physical and social well-being. Every human has the right to enjoy the highest attainable standard of health disregarding their religion, gender or economic condition.

Illness and sickness could be related, both are related on how the person feels, but illness is a feeling of unhealthiness that may or may not be accompanied by a disease. While sickness is any sense of disconfort that might not be medical.

Is the one that differs more from the other two. Is a pathological process or medical problem that a doctor need to diagnose, can be a malfunctioning of an organism. A deviation of biological norm.

  • Lack of sleep can contribute to increased behaviour difficulties, reduced concentration, and irritability.
  • Helps with mental, physical, social and emotional development.
  • Not sleeping enough can cause mental health problems like anxiety and low mood.
