How to arrange a telephone appointment?
To Register a customer you will need to seach for the title "How to start a Money Wellness (MWG) appointment This will include the instructions to register. To access the Money Wellness booking system you can click or click on the blue writing on the stream page stating "Booking - Money Wellness"

How to book an appointment?
When you click on the "Bookings - Money wellness" link you will be redirected to this page. This is what the booking system looks like. You will need to select a date before the availabilities of times show on your screen. Click on the Pelican Yellow arrow to show the availble times.

Confirmation of appointment?
When you have selected the correct date and time you will need to fill in all of the sections with the customer information. If the customer does not have an email address please use Step Change instead. The reference that says "Optional" please fill in with the reference "Bristol Water or Wessex Water" Please ask the customer if they are happy for you to pass their details to money wellness Press Schedule event to book the appointment

Confirmed appointment
Once you have pressed Schedule Event you will be redirected to this page. You will not need to do anything else as the appointment is now confirmed.
Please do NOT click "Sign Up Free" underneath. Simple. Automated. Scheduling.

What happens next?
You have successfully booked in a Money Wellness appointment! Customer will recieve confirmation of the appointment by email like stepchange. The financial statement once complete will be sent to the customer directly. The customerwill give permission to send the financial statement directly to us where Social Policy will action Add a hold on the account for 4 weeks to allow us time to recieve the financial statement.
How to cancel the appointment?
If you need to cancel the appointment please email FWGPartners@financialwellnessgroup.co.uk Please provide the following information of the - Customers full name, - Address and - The date / time of the appointment
