CLIMBING

What is climbing ?

Climbing is a sport where you use your hands, your feet and other parts of your body in order to climb walls, rocks, cliffs... Learning how to keep one's balance is a must-do. But climbing also means making use of your brain. You have to think logically and find the best means to complete a way beforehand.

Doing it outside is a way to discover new breath-taking landscapes

I share this hobbie with one of my older sisters

It makes me forget everything about the outside world

It involves not only your muscles but also your brain

You can meet lots of new people and learn from them

Completing a way feels really fulfilling

Why do I like climbing ?

A device that prevents the climber from having a deadly fall. It also provides him with more body support and allows him to reach for chalk at any time.

Security Harness

There are two different types of chalk : powder and liquid. It is used to have a better grip on rocks or holds.

Chalk
