On the Availability dropdown select the status depending on the activity you should be on.

Lunch:

select during lunch time as advised, make sure to come back within 1 hour, otherwise the system will automatically log you out.

Available:

select when ready to start taking calls, the system will automatically start dialing out leads for you. Be aware that if you’re taking calls and need to go on a break/lunch or log out, the system will not allow you to go straight into an unavailable status, you need to switch to coaching to put a pause to dialing first, and then switch to the unavailability status (break/lunch/log out).

After you signed in the browser will display a notification at the top left corner, make sure you select to Allow microphone use.

When trying to go from available status (while taking calls) to go for breaks, lunch or log out at the end of the day, remember to always switch to coaching first.

Restroom:

we do not use this aux code during training, if you need to be absent while in training and have already used your break and lunch time, please advise your trainer and log out. In case of emergency, you’ll be able to use up to 10mins during training and any time over that period will not be payable.

Once you’ve selected the correct availability status, click on Login.

Once in coaching, the dialer is paused and you can proceed to then switch to break, lunch or logout.

Select the campaign from the dropdown menu, for training we should always select the Aragon Standard option.

Coaching:

select for training, meetings, one-on-one coachings and to set up a callback when previously authorized by your trainer or supervisor (max 2 minutes for CB).
