Considering Feedback
After receiving valuable feedback from colleagues, I changed the layout to make it easier to navigate for those not familiar with interactive presentations. Doing this also gave me more space to work with for each section. I really liked David's recommendation on adding personal areas of growth to personalize my map, which I put in the blue boxes on the upper left side of each page. Through reading and commenting with colleagues, I realised I did not have enough information about the interactions between the EL and PL. To solve this, I added a magenta box on the bottom left that describes how the PL and EL interact at each stage, as well as an additional page to meet the team. I agreed with Agnieszka's comments on the IBEN capabilities, so I added this at the bottom of each stage. Finally, I added a references page separately. This map is now a completed summary of my current understanding of the PL role leading up to, during, and following an evaluation visit.
