While technical expertise, organisational abilities, and experience are necessary, a project manager's personality attributes have a significant impact on their ability to handle stakeholders, lead teams, and ensure the success of projects.

Consciousness: Consciousness in project management is important because it ensures complete planning, reliable execution, and attention to detail, all of which are essential for successful project delivery.

Openness to Experience: The ability to be open to experience in project management abilities is important because it fosters creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to explore new ideas, which in turn leads to the capacity to successfully navigate complex project environments.

Extroversion:Extroversion in project management abilities is crucial because it improves stakeholder involvement, communication, and collaboration, creating strong bonds and enabling productive teamwork for project success.

Agreeableness:The ability to work together, resolve conflicts, and effectively manage stakeholders while fostering a favourable project environment and fruitful relationships is important for successful project outcomes.

Strengths:

The inability to make difficult decisions, hesitation in assertively resolving disagreements, and sometimes the inability to refuse requests.

Interests and Passion:

1. My hobbies are playing Volleyball and reading literature ​
2. I have the passion of riding bicycle for a longer distance which is around 50 to 75 Kms.​
3. I'm the person who concentrate a lot on fitness.​
4. I'm interested to talk about the movies and technologies used to film the movie.​
