These 17 goals constitute the roadmap to advance in the construction of a sustainable and inclusive future that governments, companies and citizens should follow in order to reconcile environmental balance, economic growth and social progress.

Well I'll tell you, in 2015 several heads of state and government of different countries that are part of the United Nations, met at the Sustainable Development Summit and developed the 2030 Agenda containing the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

What are we doing as citizens to meet the needs of society, country and community without harming our planet?

The SDGs encompass the global challenges we face every day. The goals include eradicating poverty and achieving food security; ensuring healthy lives and quality education; achieving gender equality; ensuring access to water and clean energy; promoting sustained economic growth; taking urgent action on climate change; promoting prosperity and peace; and providing access to justice.
