Coaching & Mentoring

Activity Examples: self-reflection activities; different teaching strategies; lesson planning strategies; active listening

Whole-group Delivery

Key Characteristic:Collaboratively coming together as group to learn different learning styles for students.

• Advantages: Allows the the educators with the same learning goal to come together.
• Disadvantage: Not everyone on the same page or the risk of failure within the classroom

Advantages: Bouncing ideas off one another for opnions that can be helpful

• Disadvantages: those who do want to accept the advice and change from others.

Small-Group Delivery

Effectiveness: reinforces the planning and communication skills

Disadvantages: must have time management and self-discipline
