RESUME
I am pleased to present my résumé for consideration as an English coordinator elementary school. I have developed into not only a better educator but as a person throughout my 5 years of teaching and am eager to continue my path in educational institutions. I passionately believe every student deserves to have a quality and equitable education. Through productive work environments students can learn by making mistakes and use self refiection as a tool to give students the power to self regulate and become problem solvers themselves.I strongly believe school is a magical place where students explore, create, reflect, and learn from failure. Part of learning is failing through error analysis. I believe learning takes place in a safe environment filled with positivity and understanding of classroom culture.
