Format only - punctuation and font may be different than in LF STATE, PROGRAM, CLT: LAST, FIRST EE: LAST, FIRST EX: MO SDS CLT: PITT, BRADOK IHSW-CSD CLT: REYNOLDS, RYAN GA ICWP CLT: KNOWLES, BEYONCE
Programs may have different names for similar formsPayroll and other departments which use LF may have differences in naming conventions Naming helps locate files and stay consistent - There are active trainings and clean up to help ensure we are all consistent.

An enrollment specialist can create and name a folder AFTER paperwork is processed. This prevents duplicates and allows the specialist to identify files which are not yet worked. Files for the client and employer go into the CLIENT folder Files for the employee go into the EMPLOYEE folder within the client's folder. Format: LAST, FIRST EXAMPLE: DOE, JANE
Please do not change the names of state folders, or organizing folders. Admin will create folders when necessary AN AGENT SHOULD NEVER DELETE ANY FOLDERS OR FILES
