Who among us has not already had the experience of reading an overloaded PPT or attending a boring presentation?

The success of a presentation has nothing to do with luck or natural talent; the success of a presentation depends on the application of simple but effective rules.

Rule 1

Include only one idea per slide

Explanations

Unit 1

One slide equals one idea

This allows for very clean and easy to understand slides.

Always keep in mind that PowerPoint-type presentations are visual aids. They should reinforce your message with images, videos or even graphics, but text should be avoided as much as possible.

Delete superfluous or irrelevant data and if there is room on the slide, increase the size of the remaining text characters to improve readability. Be precise ! If you want to provide more explanations, you can develop your ideas orally or in the "notes" area of the Powerpoint.

Rule 2

Optimize the presentation of each slide

Slide content
