Step 2 - Pupils research and create a list of appetizers, main courses and desserts of national dishes in their country
Step 4 – sending to the MyTwinSpace platform a list with the ingredients needed to prepare a given dish along with its description

Step 1 - Each country partner selects 10 students. Then he/she uploads a photo of the project participants to the MyTwinSpace platform.
Step 3 - Project partners choose together one menu that will include: appetizer, main course and dessert

Step 6 - Recorded videos of the preparation and cooking of a given dish are placed on the MyTwinSpace platform
Step 8 - The project coordinator creates a digital European dinner menu

- 300g chicken thighs- 300 g of beef- 3 liters of water- 3 carrots- 2 parsleys- 1/2 celery- 1/2 onion - spices:- all spice- bayleaf- lovage- pepper and salt
1. Add meat, vegetables and spices to the pot.2. Pour water, cook over low heat for about 2 hours.3. Strain through a sieve, serve with pasta and green parsley.

- 500g of potatoes - egg - salt - potato flour
- a small red cabbage- 1 medium onion- lemon juice- water 250ml- cloves and apples
a sharp knife, a frying pan, a pot, a bowl

iNSTRUCTIONS ROULADE:
Boil peeled potatoes, drain. Add the potato flour to the warm potatoes, kneadthe dough. Add eggs to the cooled dough, knead again, form dumplings witha hole for the sauce. Cook in boiling salted water until the dumplings float.
Cut the meat into slices, add salt and pepper, spread with mustard. Spread cucumbers cut into strips, smoked bacon and onion cut into pieces over the meat. Roll up the slices of meat, form rolls, tie with white thread, fry in a pan on all sides. Transfer to a saucepan, pour over warm water, stew until soft. During the stewing, turn the roulades and add water, and when the meat is tender, remove it and prepare the sauce.
Shred cabbage, pour boiling water, cook with cloves, add sugar, salt, pepperand fried bacon with onions. Grate the peeled apples, add to the cabbage.Cook the cabbage again.

- preheat the oven to 200 degress celcius; - prepare a bowl of ice water. In the saucepan put milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, cornstarch and egg yolks. Get it to boil, stir it constantly with a whisk; - slightly reduce the heat and boil for 1 minute, stir it with wooden spoon; - take pan off heat and put it in ice water bath for 3 minutes
