This is a pro natalist policy, applied in 1939, due to the great amount of economically dependent elderly people, and the scarcity of independent people and young dependent people.
CHARACTERISTICS
-Payment per child. -30% reduction on public transport costs. -Facilitation in finding apartments with 3 or more rooms. -Contraceptives were banned. -Woman who gave birth could take an extra free day from work. -Part time jobs.
