Camper Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in & Check-out Policy *Parents will need to check campers in and out of camp every day. *Follow the check-in & check-out signs that lead to the lower pavilion. There, you will find the camper check-in & check-out table. *A staff member should be available at the table to assist you with your camper. If a staff member is not present, a walkie-talkie will be available for you to contact staff. Press and hold the button on the side of the walkie-talkie and state, “pick-up or drop-off for [child’s name]” and someone will be with you momentarily! *Parents will be asked if their camper will receive swim lessons and/or purchase lunch that day at check-in. Swim lessons and lunch fees will be charged to the Hurley Rec account associated with the camper. *Please notify the camp director in advance if there is a change in your child’s pick-up/drop-off routine and/or persons picking up your child from camp. ID will be required for alternative people picking up your child. Thank you!
