Can suggests ability or possibility. In these cases it can be translated as "poder" in spanish.

I can speak english= Puedo hablar inglés. Can you help me?= ¿Me puedes ayudar? You can´t come with me= No puedes venir conmigo

This modal verb is used to express possibility and probability. Examples:

She may pass the test = Ella puede pasar el examen It may not snow tomorrow = Puede que no nieve mañana. May I come in? = ¿Puedo pasar?

This modal verb has the idea of an obligation or recommendation. Examples:

You should take your medicine = Deberías tomar tu medicina We shouldn't be at this meeting = No deberíamos estar en esta reunión Should I rest more? = ¿Debería descansar más?

It's not really used much because it's synonymous with should, but a few examples are worth going over::

She ought to go with her sister = Ella debería ir con su hermana We ought not assume the worst = No deberíamos pensar en lo peor. You ought to be more polite = Deberías ser más amable.
