Recent studies have underlined that the extensive technology use during the pandemic has also had a detrimental effect in terms of decrease in motivation as well as increase in apathy and disengagement (Corpus et al., 2022; Curelaru et al., 2022; Parker et al., 2021; Stoian et al., 2022).

today... maybe you shoud know that..

  • The COVID-19 emergency is ending worldwide, yet there is a lack of spread of information about the marks and lessons learned from the pandemic in terms of impact on wellbeing, experiences and unprecedented challenges faced, individual/relational/social resources expended, those currently available, and those that should be enhanced.
  • Currently, it is implicitly passing the misleading message that the pandemic has been a [bracket] and we all should move on and restore, effortlessness, the pre-pandemic life
  • Nowedays, there is a great number of students who are still struggling in re-adjusting to the post-emergency condition.
  • In our research, we found remarkable number of students reporting clinically relevant levels of anxiety (about 40%) and depression (about 11%).
  • You can be supported in this delicate phase of re-adjustment... YOU are NOT ALONE!
