How to change the language

Draft Transport Order
- To create a draft, simply start creating an order
- Fill out some fileds and move to any page
- Once you want to stop, click on "Save Draft"
- To access your drafts, click on "Draft orders" on the left pane

- Type your Purchase Order or the first 3 digits and the relevant Entity will appear
- Type AC for Airbus Commercial or ADS for Airbus Defence and Space, click on the field and select your entity.
2 possibilities to select your Business Entity:

Origin and Destination Location Fields
You can search with keywords such as :
- Location name
- street
- City
- Zip code
- Country

Click on the location address to open the map.
Each line represents the number of identical shipping Units
click here to add more shipments units
Click on this icon to delete a shipment unit line
Once all fields are filled, click on Tab 3 Line Item

- It is mandatory to upload your Dangerous goods declaration.
- Otherwise the transport will not be planned.
How to Upload Documents
When all the pages are completed (all sections with a completion check), please click on "Create Order" to create the Transport Request.

Search for a Transport Request/Order (My transport requests/Orders) Write the identifyer of the transport request to view it. Switch on the "my orders" button to view only the transport requests you created.
Document management with Celaton DMS Celaton DMS lets you consult or attach documents to a TR you haven't created. It is only possible to upload a document after the creation of the Transport Request. It is mandatory to upload the Dangerous Goods Declaration for Hazardous Goods or the transport will not be planned.
